Welcome to Hubayo!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hubayo mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by Hubayo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using Hubayo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use Hubayo

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Hubayo.
  • You may not use Hubayo if you are prohibited from receiving services under the laws of your country.
  • You agree that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You are responsible for any activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your Content

Your content includes:

  • Profile photos and videos
  • Bio and personal information
  • Messages you send through Hubayo

By posting content on Hubayo:

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve our services.
  • You represent that you own your content or have permission to share it.
  • You agree your content does not violate anyone else’s rights or these Terms.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or is harmful, inappropriate, or illegal.

4. Acceptable Use

While using Hubayo, you agree that you will not:

  • Post sexually explicit content, nudity, or offensive material.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use Hubayo for commercial purposes without our written consent.
  • Collect or misuse other users’ data.
  • Use Hubayo for illegal or harmful activities.

Respect others and use Hubayo responsibly.

5. Safety and Your Interactions

While using Hubayo, you agree that you will:

  • Treat other users with respect and not engage in harassment, threats, bullying, or abusive behavior.
  • Not share or request sensitive personal information, including passwords, OTPs, financial details or home addresses.
  • Be cautious when sharing your contact details.
  • Never send money, financial information, or gifts to someone you meet on Hubayo.
  • Meet people in public and safe locations, and inform a trusted friend or family member before meeting someone in person.
  • Report suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate behavior through Hubayo’s reporting tools.
  • Some features of Hubayo may require payment.
  • Prices and features will be displayed before purchase.
  • Payments are processed through secure providers.
  • Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law — see our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
    • Violate these Terms
    • Use Hubayo in a harmful or illegal way
    • Cause risk or harm to Hubayo or our users
  • You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Hubayo, its logo, and all content we create (excluding your content) are our property or our licensors’ property.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Hubayo without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

  • Hubayo is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no guarantees that Hubayo will always be safe, secure, or error-free.
  • We do not guarantee that you will find matches or successful relationships through Hubayo.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • Hubayo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your use of Hubayo will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be notified in the app or on our website. Your continued use of Hubayo means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts.
